Demigods are characters that are born from a god in some way, whether it be a godxmortal relationship or the act of reincarnation. Demigods are NOT immortal and have the lifespan of a normal mortal being on Earth. It is not uncommon for a Demigod to carry traits of its parent God, however.
Reincarnated gods are demigods because they lose a portion of their godly power every time reincarnation occurs, making each successing reincarnation weaker than the one before it.
